Do not sign the delivery receipt if you notice any damage. Let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We insure every shipment but things can still go wrong during transport.

How does Gable handle international shipments?

We work with various freight forwarders and customhouse brokers to handle international shipments cost-effectively. We get quotes from multiple carriers and choose the best option within the customer’s timeframe and budget, whether it’s air, ocean, or land transportation.

Can I change my shipping options mid-process?

As long as your shipment hasn’t been picked up yet, you can change your shipping options. If it’s already on its way, we may be able to expedite delivery through options like hot shot trucking. Let us know your updated needs as soon as possible.

We handle all international customs procedures as the importer of record. This involves clearing shipments through customs using a custom house broker before the items arrive at our facility. This allows us to process and prepare the goods for domestic transport.
