Gable and Urban Edge Properties Set a New Standard for Digital Retail Experiences at Bergen Town Center

BALTIMORE, MD, August 26, 2025  — Gable, a visual communications company, partnered with Urban Edge Properties to implement a sweeping digital transformation at Bergen Town Center. The end-to-end project replaces traditional static displays with a fully integrated, immersive digital signage ecosystem designed to engage shoppers, improve navigation, and create new revenue streams for advertisers.

The installation, designed and built by Gable, features a 28-foot-tall LED elevator wall display, a 33-foot-diameter curved LED ring suspended from the ceiling, and a network of interactive kiosks and directories strategically placed throughout the property.

Driven by Urban Edge’s mission to modernize its high-traffic retail destinations, the initiative goes beyond aesthetics to deliver a scalable retail media network that blends massive visual impact with advertiser-friendly functionality.
