We offer a comprehensive managed services model that covers the full lifecycle of a client’s digital assets. This includes remote help desk support, parts management and inventory, ongoing maintenance and support services, technology refresh planning, customized reporting, and more.

We support any type of digital display technology, including digital signs, interactive kiosks, large format outdoor and indoor LED displays.

We provide several services to maximize uptime of digital assets, including: 

  • Remote monitoring and management tools to proactively diagnose and resolve issues 
  • Preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections and repairs 
  • Optional Spare Parts Inventory Programs to quickly replace failed components

Pricing for our managed services is customized for each client based on their specific needs and assets. Factors like hours of operation, priority of uptime, number and type of assets are all considered to develop a pricing model that provides the right services within the client’s budget.

Our standard managed services agreement has a minimum one-year contract length.

All anticipated costs for a client’s managed services are outlined in our standard agreement. Our terms and conditions outline how any justified additional costs are calculated and invoiced.

Gable offers a standard warranty that meets or exceeds industry standards. Any optional Service Level Agreements enhance or extend your standard warranty. Our standard warranty covers the cost of repairing or replacing failed components or workmanship issues from the original installation for a defined time period. We offer optional remote monitoring, expedited response times, 24/7 coverage, customized reporting, advanced replacements, and security and management of client owned spare parts / attic stock.

We utilize an automated ticketing system that clients can access 24/7 to log any issues. Tickets are prioritized and a technician will begin remote diagnostics within 24 hours. If remote resolution is not possible, an on-site technician will be dispatched as quickly as possible based on the priority level determined.

We use our remote management tools to safely deploy software updates and hardware upgrades based on each asset’s requirements, ensuring no disruption to media players or other digital endpoints. Group policy tools allow us to control and monitor these changes from our network operations center.

As part of our managed services, we offer optional custom-tailored packages for ongoing training and retraining of your authorized operators. This ensures personnel are always up to date when assets or processes change. We can quickly get new hires up to speed or provide refresher courses for existing employees.
